This holiday season I created and shared close to 60 Christmas cards, all in video format across my social media channels, and this Secret Flip fun fold felt like the perfect way to wrap things up. It has been such a fun and creative ride exploring folds, papers, and ideas, and I will admit, I am a little sad to see Christmas card season come to an end.

So I wanted to finish with something extra special.

The Secret Flip fun fold is interactive, playful, and one of those designs that makes people open the card twice just to see how it works. It looks impressive but is absolutely doable, which is my favorite kind of project.

For this card, I went a step further than I usually do outside of a class. Along with the project itself, I created a downloadable PDF tutorial and filmed a full length YouTube video so you can craft along in whatever way works best for you.

Why I Love This Fun Fold

This design started as a fold I had seen floating around, but I wanted to adapt it to fit a standard A2 card and move smoothly without feeling bulky. After a few tweaks and test versions, it became one of my favorite projects from the season.

While this version features Jolly Delivery Designer Series Paper, this fold works beautifully with other themes too. Birthday cards, happy mail, or even masculine designs would be perfect with this layout.
